Mini Bowser Diesel Refilling System Description
A compact & convenient system designed for all stationary diesel refilling applications
Extremely versatile, the bowser can be installed directly on a wall, on an existing structure with screws, or directly on a tank
The complete system consists of:
a. Continuous duty self-priming diesel pump
- Self-priming, vane pump with an internal bypass valve is equipped with a self-ventilated, 1/2 HP motor with thermal overload protection for continuous usage
b. Mechanical Fuel Meter
- Nutating disc mechanical meter, the flow rate of 20-120 LPM (5-30 GPM) & pressure rating 145 PSI (10 BAR)
c. Fuel Control Nozzle – Automatic
- A sensor in the discharge spout outlet automatically shuts off the supply when the fuel level in the tank reaches the discharge spout
- The nozzle is equipped with a swivel at the inlet for convenience in usage
d. Nozzle Holder
In-built into the metal casing for keeping hose safe when not in use
e. Anti-static fuel hose
