MEP Business Development Manager / MEP Projects Sales Manager Job Summary JD:

The MEP Project Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales and business development for Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems across commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects. This role involves identifying project opportunities, building client relationships, coordinating with design and execution teams, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify, pursue, and secure MEP project sales opportunities through market research, client networking, and lead generation.

Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and decision-makers.

Conduct technical and commercial presentations to prospective clients.

Collaborate with engineering, estimation, and project teams to prepare bids, quotations, and proposals.

Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company targets and margins.

Monitor project sales pipeline and report on forecasts and market trends.

Maintain knowledge of competitors and industry developments to refine sales strategy.

Ensure customer satisfaction by overseeing smooth project handover and coordination with execution teams.

Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and seminars to promote company offerings.

Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.

MBA or certification in Sales/Marketing is an advantage.

8+ years of proven experience in MEP project sales or business development.

Strong technical understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire fighting).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong network in the construction/MEP industry.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting systems.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
